Dealer Wants THOUSANDS...for THIS?! ('23 "Auction Special" Suburban: No CRUISE, Radar OFFLINE)

Owner bought this LOADED 2023 Chevy Suburban from the auction for "Cheap" with only 15k miles on the clock. He says the front end was WRECKED, and then restored at a body shop. However, the Cruise Control does NOT work, and that's a big problem for a family road trip vehicle. Several "Radar Modules" in the front bumper are OFFLINE. Apparently the GM Dealer said the "diagnosis" could take "15 HOURS and cost THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS"... Holy Crap!! Let's see why this BIG FANCY CHEVY is fussing, and if we can actually get the Cruise Control back on track right in the parking lot without going to the STEALERSHIP.... Place your bets now!
