Kelty and Blairadam Pipe Band from Fife competing in Grade 4 bands during the 2019 RSPBA competition at Pitlochry Highland Games in Perthshire Scotland. The band are a Grade 4A competing band with ambition to progress through the grades. They were awarded 2nd place in Grade 4 for this performance.
