One Dumbbell / Full Body Workout / 20 Minutes! Grab a dumbbell you can press overhead. Let's go!
Welcome to FitBlvd! Today's workout is a full-body session using just one dumbbell. Choose a weight you can press overhead but that challenges you by rep 4, while still allowing good form through rep 6. The first round includes voice-over cueing. The next two rounds are quieter so you can focus on the movements. Feel free to mute and play your own music! A quick note: I'm in a transitional period, moving workouts from my Gooder Fitness app (soon to be phased out) to YouTube. Bear with me as I learn the ropes of editing, sound, and color. What I can always promise you is that the programming is solid. Come for the workouts. Stay for the results. This session is just under 20 minutes, not including a warm-up, making it a perfect fit for those days when your schedule is tight.
