Vegan and gluten-free tubes with cream - whipped coconut cream will be really successful for everyone, provided that, like us, you supply yourself in advance, for example, online with the simplest and cheapest cone wafer baker. Such homemade tubes with banana flavor are sure to taste good not only to those who avoid gluten and lactose in their diet. Remember the English recipe from https://tlumacz-angielskiego.wixsite.... Time: about 50 minutes Quantity: a dozen pieces Ingredients - tubes: 100 g banana 1/2 cup corn flour 1/4 cup water 2 tablespoons brown powdered sugar 2 tbsp oil 1/4 teaspoon soda Oil to grease the baking paper Ingredients - coconut whipped cream: 200 ml of well-chilled coconut milk 2 tbsp brown powdered sugar 2 tbsp instant rice gruel Method of preparation: Blend the banana thoroughly, then add the remaining batter ingredients and blend thoroughly once more. Set aside for a few minutes. In the meantime, we heat up the waffle maker and get down to preparing the cream, which is coconut whipped cream. We mix coconut milk together with powdered sugar until the consistency of whipped cream. Then we add rice gruel to stabilize it. We mix for a while and set aside for about 10 minutes. Then we mix again to get an even nicer consistency. We put it in the refrigerator. Rice gruel helps stabilize the whipped cream when using coconut milk without emulsifiers and other additional ingredients. From baking paper, we cut strips about 20 cm wide, bend them in half. Unfold, grease the inside of the paper with oil. Then pour a mounded spoonful of batter in the middle of one half, spreading to form a circle. Put the other side of the paper and put it in the preheated wafer maker. Bake for a while until the dough is baked but not yet crisp, as it needs to be able to be rolled. Sometimes our baking wafer disc needs to be turned during baking, because not every baker heats evenly. We take the wafer out of the baker, remove it from the baking paper and roll it, for example, on a round handle from a mixing spoon. Ours is a silicone one. Bake alternately on two baking papers. Don't worry that by the time you become proficient at baking waffles, the first few won't be able to be rolled because they will be too crumbly. They will certainly give a delicious crunch as a consolation before the next attempts. Take the rolled up tubes off the handle after a while and finally put them in an oven preheated to 140°C for about 25 minutes. We take the tubes out of the oven, let them cool a little for a while and take the whipped cream out of the refrigerator. Stuff the tubes preferably with a pastry spritzer.
