DESERT PALISADES The first home on the luxury home tour is in the gated community of the Desert Palisades where all the homes have architectural significance because they were designed by world renowned architects even including one by Donald Wexler. Marketed as the last hillside community in Palm Springs, and featuring amazing views of Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley even the guardhouse at the gate was designed by it’s architects to blend in.There are 110 lots in the Desert Palisades and each homesite features jaw dropping views. To get to the Desert Palisades community just keep going west on Racquet Club Road until you can’t go any further because you’ve arrived at the gate. Although this might seem somewhat remote, it is only about 10 minutes north uptown Palm Springs and world class dining. The home we're viewing is listed as 3770 Sq Ft on a 21,000 Sq Ft lot. The garage adds almost another 1000 Sq Ft. It is available for sale for $5,550,000 at the time I posted the video. But depending on when you might be viewing this on YouTube, it may be sold.
