I finally tackled the DSG transmission replacement on my 2014 Volkswagen Jetta GLI, expecting one of the most frustrating repairs I've ever done. Instead, this ended up being one of the easiest transmission swaps I've worked on. In this video I remove the old DSG, install a used replacement, code it with VCDS, perform the necessary adaptations, and put it to the test on the road.
