This time, at the request of my viewers, I visited Takanezawa Town in Tochigi Prefecture for the first time! Located right next to Utsunomiya, it's a truly wonderful town with endless rural scenery and a great sense of openness. Here are the places I visited this time: *Hikari, Handmade 100% Buckwheat Soba* I enjoyed Tochigi's local dish, "Chitake Soba." The 100% buckwheat soba, eaten with super-premium salt made from Aizu hot spring water, was exquisite! *Michi-no-Eki Takanezawa Genki Up Mura* A very clean facility that was just renovated, where I refreshed myself by soaking in the hot springs. It's a great spot for a summer vacation outing. *Hirou Kaori Inaka no Panya (Spreading Aroma Country Bakery)* A cute little bakery nestled in the middle of rice fields. I'm looking forward to the cheese bread, bagels, and "snack rusks" I bought as souvenirs for myself. Asahiya Honten: A charming old shop with a traditional atmosphere. I got their famous kinton manju and fried mochi. I'll enjoy them while editing! It was a relaxing touring trip, leisurely riding through peaceful scenery.
