INGREDIENTS: 2 cans of condensed milk (395g) = 790g 6 tablespoons of chocolate or cocoa powder = 90g 300g of Maria cookies (vanilla) or as many as you need 1 cup of milk = 250ml = 20 tablespoons (for soaking the cookies) Optional: 2 tablespoons of hot chocolate powder = 30g 1 mold, preferably glass and of the style you prefer PREPARATION: Place the condensed milk in a bowl, add the chocolate, and beat until smooth and lump-free. Divide into 4 equal portions. Lightly soak the cookies in the milk and cover the bottom of the cookie sheet. Place a portion of the cream on top, spread it evenly, and place another layer of cookies lightly soaked in milk, another layer of cream, another layer of cookies, and another layer of cream, and a final layer of cookies, and cover with cream. Refrigerate for 2 hours or 30 minutes in the freezer to chill thoroughly and give the cream a firmer consistency. Then remove from the refrigerator.
