Your words were vulgar and detrimental - MPs from Karamoja region seek apology from Isaac Ssemakadde

A section of Members of Parliament from Karamoja sub-region has joined the queue to condemn the recent statements uttered by the President of Uganda Law Society, Isaac Ssemakadde, in a viral video. The MPS representing the Women in Karamoja region demand that Isaac Ssemakadde apologizes. While at a function organized by the Peoples’ front for freedom, Ssemakadde is alleged to have directly insulted the person of the Director of Public Prosecutions, Jane Francis Abodo. To many, the statements have been deemed vulgar and detrimental. Napak Woman, MP Faith Nakuti and other MPS, addressed the Media, seeking that Ssemakadde retracts his statements. The executive council of Uganda Law Society recently released a statement distancing the Council from the personal statements made by the president, Isaac Ssemakadde.
