Gen Kahinda Otafire and Sarah Bireete share theire thoughts about the Rule of Law in Uganda Speaking during a Uganda Women's Movement press conference in Kampala in solidarity with Dr. @miriamatembe, whose home was raided earlier this week, Dr. @SarahBireete said her home was also raided.
