O que é UX | User Experience? // UXNOW

UX — User Experience — is the quality of the user experience of a product or service. UX stands for User Experience. The term's origin is generally attributed to Professor Donald Norman — the first person to have "User Experience Architect" on their business card (at the time he worked at Apple). Here's a great video of Norman explaining the term:    • Don Norman: The Term "UX"   The term UX is typically used to describe two things: -- UX as macro - the relationship of a person with a product/service/software/application at all stages of the system. -- UX as micro - the specific interaction with a part of a system (such as a problem with a shopping cart, for example). ➽ And for you, what is UX? Answer in the comments! In short - UX is a concern with the quality of a user's relationship with a product or service. 📚 UX Fundamentals Series — also see: ▶ What is Design? →    • O que é Design? // UXNOW   ▶ How to do UX →    • Como fazer UX // UXNOW   - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 📢 Want to go further?
