SMASHED STRAWBERRY PEANUT BUTTER FROZEN YOGURT This recipe transforms clean, whole ingredients into a high-protein, creamy treat with a gourmet peanut butter ripple. INGREDIENTS: 2 cups fresh, ripe strawberries (washed, hulled and chopped) 1 1/2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (full-fat) 3-4 tablespoons maple syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter (slightly warmed or melted) INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Place chopped strawberries in a bowl. Mash thoroughly with a fork or potato masher until juicy but still slightly chunky. 2. Stir the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract directly into the mashed strawberries until completely combined. 3. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container or loaf pan. Microwave your peanut butter for 10–15 seconds until runny. Drizzle it over the top of the yogurt base, then use a butter knife to gently swirl it through, creating beautiful ribbons. 4. Cover and freeze for 3 to 4 hours. For the creamiest texture, open the freezer and stir the mixture with a fork once every 45 minutes for the first 2 hours. This breaks up ice crystals since we didn't use a blender. 5.
