1983 Escapee's receive the Bobby Sands Freedom Award
In the 30th anniversary year of the greatest Irish Republican escape from British incarceration, the 1983 H-Block escapee's were this year's recipients of the Bobby Sands Freedom Award. The event hosted by the 'Colin Commemoration Committee' was held in the Andersonstown Social Club with guest speaker, Martina Anderson MEP.
