The Bent Arm Planche Training Guide
Use this Training Method to Learn the Bent Arm Planche or Strengthen the one you have. In this video I cover the Shoulderstand entry to Planche on the floor, boxes, P Bars and Gymnastic Rings. The movement can be made easier by elevating the hands and changing the body position towards the tuck. It can be made harder by moving towards the floor or rings and opening the body line towards straight. Advanced options could include 90 degree Handstand Push Ups.
