Doctor X Is An Eccentric Eugenicist

This is a video consisting of a compilation of scenes featuring one creepy villain from my memories, the crazy social darwinist and genocidal scientist Doctor X (voiced by Campbell Lane and later Michael Kopsa), from the 2000 show, Action Man. He proved to be an amusing villain because of his cold-hearted sadism and overall fascination with his archenemy. He showed how scientific obsession without morality can create some pretty nasty levels of evil. Also, sorry for my inactivity I had to remove some videos to get the copyright hunters off my back. Hope you enjoy him as a much as I did.
