Black Ghost Is A Malignant Merchant of Death

This is a video consisting of a compilation of scenes featuring one extravagant villain from my memories, the monstrous arms dealer and madman, Black Ghost (voiced by Richard Epcar), from the 2001 show, Cyborg 009. He proved to be an amusing villain due to his desire to spread destruction and death throughout the world for the sake of his business in arms dealing and overall misanthropy. I also enjoyed the notion that evil can be tethered with the flaws of human nature and how it is not so easy to defeat evil in the modern world. Hope you enjoy him as a much as I did.
