Buteyko Breathing Exercise I IMPORTANT for ASTHMATICS | Breath Reduction Training | slowing down

In this video we breathe according to Buteyko breathing. The special thing about this breathing exercise is that the breathing rate is slowly reduced. This will make it easier for you to slow down your breathing rhythm step by step. It is important not only to slow down the breathing rate, but also to reduce the air volume. So you should always feel a slight hunger for air. Basically, this is breathing reduction training with the aim of achieving better oxygen supply in the body by reducing the volume of air. There are now numerous studies that show the effectiveness of: cardiac dysfunctions Asthma physical pain Sleep disorders Sufficient evidence of anxiety states. With this video you train shallow and long breaths. You only breathe through your NOSE when you inhale and exhale. In order to train your diaphragm and ultimately relax it, abdominal breathing is recommended. It is helpful to place your hands on your stomach to feel the breathing movements in your abdomen. The aim is to improve oxygen release at the cellular level and to achieve a physical and mental state of relaxation. The video is divided into breathing phases of different lengths . The flatter and longer your inhalation and exhalation cycle, the more reduced your air volume. In the beginning you will have trouble following the exercise to the end. The Buteyko method sees itself as breathing training.
