She tried blackout curtains, noise-canceling headphones, melatonin, sleep medication, strict routines, no screens, less water before bed — even six kiwis. Every change made sense. She wanted sleep back. But the more she tried to control sleep, the more sleep seemed to control her life. In this episode, Casaundra shares how things began to change when she started making life bigger than insomnia. She made room for reading, yoga, Bible study, shows, her dog, time with friends, and evenings that weren’t built around trying to force sleep. Over time, sleep became less of a battle.
