Also because of that, the 20 is oftentimes delayed and resulting in long wait time. In fact, there are no other bus lines that serves the area currently the 20 is serving, all residents there have to rely on this line in order to go other places, including Downtown Oakland and other places in the East Bay with a transfer. The good thing is, the 20 connects to more than 1 BART stations and you can easily make connections from either side of the line.
