Part of being in a town that has just been revised into a 'city', this project has greatly benefited from the infrastructure improvement. In terms of connectivity, you have new access directly from Federal Highway, new links that connects different highways, LRT and KTM integration, and etc. Those just improves the demand for real estate within the area that is already so matured. However those come with congestion and noise when you're located so close to busy roads. Also, there's a lack of residential 'feel' in that surrounding especially when there's a TNB station and commercial office right next your building. Anyway, I'm just excited for the home owners for their homes and the future of this masterplan.
