Again, I'm just excited for this project because it consist the first commercial component for the entire masterplan of Tropicana Metropark. That will increase the level of convenience for all residents within this location. Before VP, we can already confirm certain key tenants are already moving in such as gyms, pharmacies, F&Bs and etc. Personally I'm very surprised with the facilities deck experience. It is very family oriented where it's packed with a lot of kids friendly areas from playground to waterplay area. My favourite space would be the private garden area with sunken decks. That's so cool!! For the unit, I enjoy the private corridor for the corner units. Also the multiple facade with openings along with the very generous material specifications. But what I noticed would be the developing business activities around the project. There has been new factories and business buildings since our last visit and that's always positive for a location. Unfortunately it gives an unpleasant first impression to the masterplan. Now as a resident, I'm not too sure on my expectation for the retail business. If it's too quiet, then it will affect the property value. But if it's too prosperous, it will be congested for me to go home:/
