Aprende a Flotar entre Posturas | Vinyasa Soñada Paso a Paso

Would you like to feel your transitions are lighter, more fluid, and more controlled? In this practice, we'll work on a highly sought-after skill in dynamic yoga: the so-called dream vinyasa, that transition where the body seems to float as it moves from one pose to another. Through seven progressive exercises, we'll train the abilities involved in this type of movement, such as strength, compression, stability, coordination, and body control. We'll use resistance bands, blocks, or parallel bars to adapt the exercises and facilitate learning according to each practitioner's needs. You don't need to achieve the complete transition today.
