#NAGZIRA WILD LIFE SANCTUARY #BODALKASA MTDC HOTEL#MANGEZARI

The wildlife sanctuary area is 116.54 sq km (45.00 sq m) was declared in 1970. Lately in 2012, the state government decided to bring together the sanctuary with additional national park to incorporate in the Tiger Project. From 1st October to 15th June, park remains opened. During monsoon, from 16th June to 30th September, park will be closed. Genuinely exploring Nagzira is from November to April is best time. Nagzira National park is located in between Bhandara district and Gondia district of Mahrashtra in India. It is mentioned as the 5th Tiger Reserve of Maharashtra. This popular wildlife sanctuary boasts wide array of fishes, reptiles, large wild mammals as tigers, leopard, gaur, sambar and birds, butterflies, insects, more. By Air- Nearest airport is Nagpur (122km/3hrs) By Rail- Nearest railhead is Gondia Railway Station (50 km/1hr). Buses are also available upto Sakoli. By Road- It is a 3-hour-drive from Nagpur on NH6 upto Sakoli.
