Slow Days in Perth 🇦🇺 Coffee, Fremantle Markets, Gage Roads Brewery & a Cosy Airbnb

We’ve officially arrived in Perth, Western Australia after taking the red-eye flight, and our first stop is Fremantle. The weather wasn’t exactly on our side, with an extratropical cyclone bringing strong winds and rain, but that didn’t stop us from making the most of our first day. From enjoying a proper Australian flat white and one of the best ham & cheese croissants we’ve had, to exploring Fremantle Markets, trying freshly piped pistachio cannoli, browsing local spice shops, and winding down at a family-friendly brewery, today was all about taking things slow. Before heading towards Margaret River, we’re spending two nights in Mandurah, where we checked into a beautiful waterfront Airbnb and ended the day with a home-cooked dinner and a glass of wine.
