12 Minute AMRAP 25 Toes to Bar 50 ft farmers carry lunges 25 bench press 50 ft farmers carry lunges 25 toes to bar 50 ft farmers carry lunges 100 ft handstand walk ( scaled to beat crawls) Score: 157 reps Straight grip fatigue. Would have loved to finish two rounds but needed about 2 more minutes. One break per lunge and one break per bench. Toes to bar just had to break all day everyday. Give this one a go!
