Graduation Ceremony 2022 Commencement Speech | Kethoser (Aniu) Kevichusa

Kethoser (Aniu) Kevichusa is an itinerant evangelist and apologist. He has a BA from Patkai Christian College, a BD from Union Biblical Seminary, an MTh from the University of Oxford, and a PhD from the Oxford Centre for Mission Studies (OCMS), UK. He’s currently pursuing a second doctorate from Biola University, USA. He is the author of Forgiveness and Politics: A Critical Appraisal, which won the first Gordon Graham Prize for Naga Literature. He is married to Ono, with whom he has three sons. In his commencement speech, Dr. Kevichusa elucidated upon the meaning of the word ‘commencement’ and how though as a ceremony it is seen as a conclusion, it actually means ‘to begin something.’ He also spoke of King David from the Bible and the importance of servanthood and service and how witnessing for the Lord need not necessarily be only by those fully involved in Christian ministry. He encouraged believing students to continue witnessing their faith whether in the religious or secular sphere.
