Today, in the second week, we'll be looking at "meals." Alongside rigorous weight training, the team also puts a lot of effort into "meals," which are essential for building a physique. In particular, between December and February, when practice sessions are not possible, it's customary for parents to prepare meals for the players. Do the players eat at least five meals a day?! Four or five parents prepare four meals a day, each for 40 people. The menu is based on meals packed with ingredients to ensure nutritious meals. In addition to the meals, strict dietary rules are in place, including eating three eggs a day and encouraging each player to snack on their own so they don't go hungry. The player who showed the greatest results is ace pitcher Ryuto. By eating seven meals a day and focusing on lower-body weight training, he successfully gained 8 kg in four months.
