Garlic - 1 clove Flour - 1 tbsp Sour cream 20% - 100 g Butter - 10-20 g Ketchup - 2-3 tbsp (can be replaced with tomato paste 0.5 tbsp) Water - 100 ml (adjust the thickness of the gravy to your taste) Salt - 0.5 tsp (to taste) Ground black pepper - to taste Bay leaf - 1 pc. 1. Cut the beef into strips or pieces, as you like. Cut the onion into feathers or half rings, crush the garlic clove. 2. Salt and pepper the meat, sprinkle with flour, mix well so that the flour covers all the pieces of meat. 3. Fry the meat in 2-3 approaches in a well-heated frying pan until golden brown. There is no need to fry the meat until done, just brown it. Remove the meat from the pan, fry the second batch of meat. 4. Fry the onion in a frying pan until golden and soft, add butter. Put the meat to the onion, add garlic, ketchup, sour cream and water. Mix well, add bay leaf, cover and simmer until the desired tenderness of the meat, at least 20-30 minutes. 5.
