Swordfish Catalan Style Hello everyone ๐Ÿค—๐Ÿค—๐Ÿค— Today, super light and tasty grilled swordfish ๐Ÿ˜‰ Ingredients for 2 people 600 gr of Swordfish (1 slice) 1 medium sweet onion 250 gr of ripe sweet tomato Extra virgin olive oil Salt and pepper Preparation Cut the onion very thinly and leave it to soak in water, salt and vinegar for 15 minutes Divide the Swordfish into 4 parts, season with extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt. Procedure ๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿปโ€๐Ÿณ Cook the swordfish on a hot plate for about 1 minute per side. Let it rest. Place the slice on the plate with the onion and chopped tomatoes. Extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
