Artisan crustless cheesecake (unbelievably good)

This is a simple crust less baked cheesecake flavored with orange liqueur. it's light, fluffy and foolproof. The recipe can be prepared in 15 minutes using a food processor. Ingredients needed for this recipe: 4 whole eggs 500 grams of cream cheese ( Philadelphia brand works well) 200 grams of caster sugar 250 ml of full cream ( whipping cream) half a table spoon of plain flour. 1 or 2 tablespoon of cointreau liquor 1 tablespoon of grated orange peel. Utensils: 1 baking tin with removable bottom Baking paper food processor of Kitchen aid artisan blender Note: you can also make that recipe by hand using a large bowl and a whisk. you can also replace the orange with other flavors or just make it plain, it works well too.
