Even if you do not intend to cook Hainanese curry rice, you can try this vegetable dish recipe as part of your usual lunch or dinner repertoire. Super easy and super yummy :) This recipe is very easy to execute so please give it a try. We've listed the ingredients used in this recipe below for your easy reference. In case you did not know what Hainanese mean, it is a variety of Min Nan Chinese dialect spoken by Chinese in the southern Chinese island province of Hainan.
