Breville Oracle Touch - Dialing In Demo

In this video, I try to provide helpful tips on coffee characteristics and recommendations to dial in the Breville Oracle Touch. I also demo the dial in process with a dark roast, which is tricky without being able to customize the dose. My machine is optimized for medium roasts (what we love to drink), with my tamp fan calibrated to deliver very close to 20 g doses around the 18 to 20 grind setting. I did not want to adjust my tamp fan to provide a higher dose just for this dark roast. While the auto-tamping is a nice feature, the fixed tamp fan comes with some drawbacks!
