A4 Paper, A7 Binder, and a Seriously Simple Capture System

What’s the least you can carry and still stay properly organised? Here's a seriously simple setup: one reliable pen, one backup pen, and a single sheet of A4 paper folded into a pocket-sized capture system. In this impromptu video, I share a minimalist productivity experiment: carrying just one pen and a single sheet of lightweight A4 Clairefontaine paper for quick notes, appointments, reminders, and ideas while out and about. I show how I punch and fold the paper so it can later be cut down and added into a Mini5-style organiser, then copied into my wider planning system, including my personal-size diary, to-do lists, and project binder, as required. It’s simple, cheap, flexible, and surprisingly useful: especially when you don’t want to carry a bag, jacket, or full ring binder. If you need a hole punch to make your own dividers, this is the one I use myself. The links below are affiliate links, which help support the channel at no extra cost to you.
