Buongiorno 🇮🇹 I found an amazing local restaurant with incredible meat in the countryside of Piedmont, Northern Italy! 🍖 A typical Italian experience: a restaurant in the countryside with no public transportation whatsoever. Even though it was a weekday Monday lunchtime, it was packed with locals! ️ As soon as I entered, I was greeted by the wonderful aroma of meat! ✨ Of course, I started with an appetizer: Piedmont's famous tartare! 😋 A simple seasoning, yet a fantastic dish that lets you really taste the deliciousness of the raw meat!
