Here are some recipes: • FLAMMFLADEN: https://www.instagram.com/reel/C7JCL1... • BANANA BREAD: https://www.einfachbacken.de/rezepte/... • VEGGIE BOLO: Ingredients: 1 red bell pepper, 2 carrots, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, ½ package of DmBio veggie mince, 1 can of chopped tomatoes, 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, 400-500ml vegetable broth, 1 teaspoon sweet paprika, 1-2 tablespoons oregano, salt and pepper, spaghetti, 2 burrata Cut the bell pepper, onion, garlic, and carrots into as small pieces as possible, and then sauté the onion and garlic in a little oil. Then add the bell peppers and carrots and fry briefly in the pan. Prepare the veggie mince according to the instructions, then add it and sauté briefly. After 2-3 minutes, add the tomato paste and stir, then deglaze with the vegetable stock. Season with paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper, and then simmer over low heat. Tip: The longer the Bolognese simmers, the better we like it. Cook the pasta and serve with the Bolognese and burrata. Done :) • CHILI SIN CARNE: Ingredients: 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 bell pepper, 2 cans of chopped tomatoes, 2 tablespoons tomato paste, 1 can of kidney beans, 1 can of corn A little sour cream A little fresh parsley Paprika powder Chili powder Salt & pepper Finely chop the onions and garlic. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and sauté the onions over medium heat until translucent. Add the garlic, finely diced bell pepper, and seasonings and cook for another minute. Add the tomato paste and roast for another 2 minutes. Then add the diced tomatoes. Bring everything to a boil and simmer gently over medium heat for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, drain the kidney beans and corn in a sieve, rinse, and add to the chili. Let the chili simmer gently over low heat for at least 15 minutes. Then season to taste and add ¾ of the parsley. Serve the finished plates with a dollop of sour cream and the remaining parsley. Done :)
