We Harvested Over 1 Million Liters of Spinach | Farming simulator 25 | Judith Plains | Timelapse #95

Welcome back to the Judith Plains Montana Farm Timelapse. Today, we take on a large-scale spinach harvest. Before heading to the fields, we prepare four trucks by attaching flatbed trailers and drive to the dealership. Spinach harvesters are among the most expensive machines used on the farm, so instead of purchasing them outright, we decide to rent four harvesters and transport them to the fields on our trailers. Once we arrive at the ripe spinach fields, the harvesters are unloaded and organized into a working formation. Using the Follow Me system, we set up one lead harvester with the remaining machines following behind at intervals matching their working width. This allows all four harvesters to operate as a coordinated harvesting convoy. As harvesting begins, the first machine quickly fills its hopper. At that point, we replace the transport platforms on the trucks with high-capacity crop trailers and return to the field to unload the harvesters. This harvesting and transport cycle continues as the convoy moves from one spinach field to the next. Working with four harvesters simultaneously dramatically increases productivity and allows us to process large areas in a short period of time. By the end of the operation, all four truck trailers are completely filled with spinach. Each trailer holds 260,000 liters, giving us a total harvest of more than one million liters. The final loads are transported directly to the canning factory, where the spinach enters the production chain and will be processed into finished products.
