This is a three-part video conversation with Reverend Matsuyama Terunori, the abbot of Futetsuji Temple. The title of this episode is "Speak up and let go of the bulky trash in your mind." She encountered zazen at the age of seven and became a nun at 48. After undergoing rigorous training as a nun, in 2016 she became the abbot of Futetsuji Temple in Himeji, Hyogo Prefecture, which was founded over 300 years ago and has been passed down by women for generations.
