Bring the rice, water, and spices to a boil over high heat. Cover the rice, reduce the heat to low, and let it simmer for 12 minutes. Turn off the heat, leave the cover on, and let it rest for 10 minutes. Remove the spices, fluff the rice, and enjoy!
