I first came into contact with yoga in college, during a particularly difficult time psychologically. I had long been searching for a way to find balance within myself, and the physical practice of asanas, performed daily with dedication, gave me a profound sense of relief. I then realized I wanted to fully understand the teachings of this practice, sharing what I learned with others. After graduation, I was fortunate enough to combine my love of travel with my love of yoga, and I left for South Africa—as a guest of one of my sisters! There, I began the Yoga Alliance E-YRT 200 instructor training at the Unraveled Yoga studio in Cape Town, under the guidance of Maya Pratt. After completing the course, I moved back to Trieste, my hometown, where I began teaching, continuing both my practical studies—of Yin Yoga, for which I earned the Yoga Alliance Yin Yoga Certificate RYT30, and mindfulness meditation—and the theoretical studies, which are essential to understanding the complexity and infinite potential for transformation this practice offers. A few days ago, I completed my 300-hour Advanced Teacher Training under the guidance of exceptional teachers Jo Feghale and Maya Pratt. I primarily teach Vinyasa Yoga, a dynamic style in which close attention is paid to breathing and maintaining concentration during transitions between poses. My passion for this type of yoga stems from the enormous creative stimulation of a comprehensive practice, based on traditional Hatha Yoga but allowing for ever-new and creative sequences, fostering awareness of movement, body awareness, and mental strength. #YogaAllungamentoCompleto #FullBodyStretch
