The Castle to Castle Quest: Training for my first 100 Miler (featuring Letchworth parkrun sandwich)
The next instalment of my training starts - this time with 24 weeks until I tackle my first 100 mile ultra - The RatRace Castle to Castle challenge - from the the North East of England to Edinburgh Castle in July 2026. This week sees me outline my training approach, as well as taking in a muddy Letchworth parkrun as part of my long run. Its Letchworth's 8th birthday this weekend, but I had to miss out on the cake due to other commitments.
