The Chamber of Deputies approved and passed into law a bill to amend the Penal Code, extending the statute of limitations for crimes affecting the sexual integrity of minors. It is based on proposals submitted to Congress by fashion designer Roberto Piazza and various organizations dedicated to the rights of children and adolescents.
