MiSTer FPGA Project Introduction Nov. 2022 - Includes core/game captures.

The MiSTer FPGA Project is a retro gamer's dream come true. It offers 500+ arcade game cores as well as several dozen gaming consoles, hand held consoles, and retro computers. Learn about the hardware options, and actually see many of the most popular "cores" in action. This video was recorded on a Lenovo laptop running Fedora Linux 37 with OBS Studio. Go team Linux! One correction: When I talked about the Minimig (Amiga) core, I inadvertently said 68030 and 68020 when I meant 68000 and 68020. There isn't a 68030 component for the MiSTer. UPDATE (May 2024): I really need to update this video to include cores that have come out since Nov. 2022... which would include the Nintendo 64, previously thought to be impossible, and the in-devel Sega Saturn core has greatly improved and runs a significant number of games now.
