ROE MC7 Individual Modual IC Repair for Blue/Magenta/Orange "Caterpillars"

How to repair ROE MC7 modules that show a Blue/Magenta/Orange series of pixels or "caterpillars." **NOTE: The RED resistor arrays are 51 ohm, but GREEN and BLUE resistor arrays are 0 ohm. This video is the culmination of over a year of correspondence with several different ROE Visual technicians. I created the diagram in the video based on a much simpler version provided by ROE.
