If you enjoyed this video, I’d love to have you here again. 🤍 Bottles featured in this video: 🍅 https://amzn.to/4vBP1OU Homemade Satsebeli Sauce (from Tomato Paste) Ingredients 200 g (7 oz) tomato paste 200 ml (¾–1 cup) water (adjust to your preferred consistency) 3–4 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, finely chopped 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped 1 tsp dried coriander ½ tsp ground cumin ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional) ¼–½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (or to taste) 1 tsp sugar or sweetener (optional, to balance acidity) 1 tsp salt (or to taste) 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or red wine vinegar 1 tbsp olive oil (optional) Instructions 1. In a bowl, whisk together the tomato paste and water until smooth. 2. Add the garlic, cilantro, parsley, dried coriander, cumin, paprika, and red pepper flakes. 3. Stir in the salt, sugar (if using), vinegar, and olive oil. 4. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined. 5. Taste and adjust the seasoning. Add more salt, garlic, or pepper if desired. 6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to blend. Serving Suggestions Serve with grilled meat, chicken, kebabs, roasted vegetables, potatoes, or fresh bread. It also makes a delicious dipping sauce or sandwich spread. Storage: Pour the hot sauce into sterilized jars or bottles and seal tightly. Process the filled jars using a safe, tested home-canning method. Store properly sealed jars in a cool, dark place for up to 12 months. After opening, keep refrigerated.
