There is A LOT of repetition, a lot more than usual but itâs not boring, I promise he he. This basic INTENSE workout is gonna be great in helping you get used to doing some of the classic moves we do on a regular basis. B and I also got a great workout which is something I love about basic step. It doesnât have to always be complicated. Look for your staple moves like: Basic step, V-Step star, grapevines, corner ham curls, L-step, lunges and over the top variationsâ these are all included in the choreography for this basic workout! You can do the workout with or without risers to change the intensity levelâ If you want to increase intensity, just add risers.
