Crashes and mountain lions this ride was crazy!
Today i had the honor of riding with a couple of MTB national champions and Cat 1 racers. As i wrap up my unbound training i wanted to get a feel of pushing the pace on dirt/gravel while following some elite riders. Thanks to my good buddy Eric Bierman (Bike Nut on Strava) i got a first look of what it takes to tag along with these insane athletes. Lets just say i got dropped a couple times. I still have a lot to learn but i'm glad Emporia will not have crazy descents like this or insane climbs.
