Located on West Road, Shong Hey has been a familiar spot in the area for years, and I wanted to stop in and try a few classic dishes along with something a little different. I ordered the General’s Chicken Combination, Hot and Sour Soup, Almond Chicken Combination upgraded with pork fried rice, and a unique dish called Paper Chicken — foil-wrapped chicken with a little sauce inside.
