Join me as I attempt another real-life stealth camping challenge inside my minivan camper while enjoying an incredible Canadian restaurant meal, battling humid weather, heavy rain, and seeing if I can survive the night without getting ticketed or towed. Before settling in for the night, we head inside Kelsey’s for a full food review featuring an amazing Wiener Schnitzel dinner with mashed potatoes, broccoli, mushroom gravy, and a giant 21oz Sapporo beer. And because life is short… we also try the massive Butterfinger Crunch Ice Cream Cake dessert! Was it worth the calories? You’ll have to watch and find out. After dinner, the stealth camping setup begins. Rain starts pouring, temperatures swing wildly overnight, and I transform the van into a cozy hidden campsite using window covers, fans, vent deflectors, and movie night essentials. We even watch the classic movie Top Gun during the stormy overnight stay. The next morning, we wake up surprisingly refreshed after one of the quietest stealth camping nights yet and head out for coffee at Second Cup Café to wrap up the adventure.
