STOP USING TOE SEPARATORS & START THIS FELDENKRAIS-STYLE TOES FOOT MOBILITY

In this video, I’ll guide you through a gentle Feldenkrais-inspired foot and toe movement exploration. Rather than forcing your toes into a “better” position or trying to stretch your feet aggressively, this lesson invites you to improve foot awareness, mobility, balance, and coordination through slow, mindful movement. Your feet are not separate from the rest of your body. The way your toes, arches, ankles, knees, hips, spine, and nervous system work together can influence how you stand, walk, balance, and move through daily life. This gentle foot mobility lesson may be helpful if your feet feel stiff, disconnected, tense, or difficult to move. The goal is not to fix your feet, but to help your brain and body discover more options for movement, support, and ease. Move slowly, stay comfortable, and let the movements be small enough that you can feel what is happening. If this approach resonates with you, I wrote a short book called *Your Body Is Not Broken*, available on Amazon Kindle and paperback: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0GX363HMX You can also try my free guided somatic movement session here: https://taro-iwamoto.thinkific.com/co... #Feldenkrais #FootMobility #ToeMobility #SomaticMovement #TaroIwamoto
