A single automated distress call was received before all communications went dark. Internal telemetry is degraded, with multiple bulkheads sealed and power distribution fluctuating across the station. The second stolen cold‑fusion device remains unaccounted for. Given the timing and the station’s strategic value, Command assesses a high probability that the renegade miner cell responsible for the Ganymede incident has infiltrated the platform. Havok Company is being deployed to secure the station, locate the missing device, and recover it intact. Disarm codes have been issued and verified. No EOD personnel will accompany the operation, though select members of the unit have been certified. The UNSC Out of Shadow will deploy Havok Company via Pelican - callsign Darkstar - to the perimeter of the base, where they will conduct EVA manoeuvres onto the exterior and move through to secure the facility. Hostile resistance is expected within the station interior and the automated systems may be compromised, so extreme caution is advised.
